Wellness Retreat | 4 spots left | Southern Nicaragua | July 30th - August 5th, 2025
Why do we seek connection, peace, and renewal?
Because in a world that constantly demands our attention, we need space to reconnect with the deepest parts of ourselves.
Rediscover balance, harmony, and purpose
In the breathtaking landscapes of Nicaragua, where jungles, volcanic peaks, and sun-kissed beaches converge, we’ll reconnect with the elemental forces of nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
Through daily yoga and meditation, nourishing farm-to-table meals, and a beautifully tuned schedule, you’ll realign with your natural circadian rhythm, leaving you feeling grounded, vibrant, and fully in touch with yourself.
Perhaps you’ve been
feeling like us...
Craving an escape where you can move, meditate, and melt into the magic of nature?
Need a break from the go-go-go and ready to embrace deep rest, healing, and renewal?
Our Pursuit

This retreat is an invitation to realign with your natural rhythm, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and restore balance in mind, body, and spirit. You’ll step into a state of flow where life feels more effortless and fulfilling.
The deeper intention?

If you brought a lot of luggage there are very willing baggage helpers who can help carry your suitcase(s) for you. Tip them a buck or 2. You may need to take your suitcase through an x-ray machine or have it inspected. FYI, if you bring more electronic devices than a cell phone & laptop, you will most likely trigger an inspection of your luggage.
No. All businesses in Managua (the capital) will give you change in the local currency, Cordobas. Do not worry about buying Nicaraguan currency in the US. Once at the Managua airport you may use any of the few available ATM’s to draw money with your ATM card. Do not forget to inform your bank that you will be in Nicaragua from July 30th-August 5th otherwise you will not be able to use your ATM or credit cards while in Nicaragua. Credit/ATM cards are not accepted everywhere: plan on having some cash on hand.
The currency in Nicaragua is called Cordobas (NIO).
American dollars are accepted virtually everywhere in the country and it’s not necessary for you to exchange money if you don’t wish to do so. If you pay for something in a restaurant or store, you may however, receive Cordobas in change. Also, please be advised that US$ 100 & $50 bills may not be accepted in many places in the country. When possible, denominations of $20 or less are best. ATM’s in the country offer both Cordobas and US dollars. Traveler’s Checks are rarely accepted in Nicaragua and not recommended. If you decide to pay for services in US$ make sure that they are in perfect condition (i.e. no rips or markings on the dollar bills) or they may not be accepted.

Nicaragua is the second poorest country in the Western Hemisphere and yet, is considered the safest country in Latin America. We are sensitive to the perceptions that many people have of Nicaragua and therefore, we highly recommend that you keep your valuables (passport, money, etc.) in a safe at your hotel room, or if that is not available, to be continually mindful of how you carry these items or store them where you are staying. We suggest you use any precautions you consider reasonable at home there in Nicaragua.
It is warm most the year here. The area really breaks down as green (rainy season), May-November and (dry) non-rainy season, December-May. We will be in the rainy season. In July / August the weather is typically partly cloudy with occasional rainstorms in the morning or evenings.
There are no vaccinations required for your visit to Nicaragua in the areas that you will be traveling. If you travel to other locations before or after the retreat, you should consult with your doctor to determine if vaccinations are necessary.
